The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere with a fantastic animation team that keeps guests engaged, and the beach facilities are inviting and enjoyable. The dining options, especially the buffet and beach restaurant, had a variety of choices, but the quality could improve. While the rooms were spacious and clean, the staff's overall service fell short in certain areas, especially during busy meal times.
